Therefore you will find in my recipes soon a lot of easy to do "No-salt and low-salt recipes". And my wife will publish her no-salt bread and cake recipes (and no gluten too).

Bellnet Webindex for Germany - In early summer of 1995 my wife Renate Bellingrath and I started a Webindex for Germany out of my collection of bookmarks for German websites. We are originally from Germany and liked to read newspapers and magazines over the internet to keep updated what is going on. I started to use the internet in 1992, when hardly anyone had heard about it.
